The most delicious sesame cookies that I tried

It is simply incredible - crispy, fragrant, just do not come off! I can confidently say that it’s tastier than this sesame cookie, I have not tried it yet. And baking it, by the way, is very simple)) Yes, and yet, sesame is one of the leaders in calcium content. In sesame seeds it is 10 times more than in cottage cheese! So think about it)))
Ingredients:

flour - 70 gr.
butter - 60 gr.
sugar - 120 g. (brown sugar can be)
egg - 1 pc.
vanilla extract - 0.5 tsp or vanilla sugar -1 sachet of
freshly squeezed lemon juice - 1 tsp.
sesame seeds - 160 gr.
baking powder - 0.5 tsp
salt - 0.5 tsp

Preparation:
1) Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
2) Beat softened butter with sugar. Then add the egg, vanilla and lemon juice and beat for 20-30 seconds with a mixer.
3) At a low speed mixer, add flour in small portions.
4) Use a spatula to stir in the whole sesame (it can be fried in advance).
6) Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Spread cakes with a teaspoon on sheets of baking paper (required!) At a distance of 3-4 cm from each other, because cookies can spread.
7) Bake for 8 to 15 minutes, depending on size. You need to make sure not to burn! (after 6 minutes, turn over to the other side).
They are soft and sticky, while hot, but then when cooled, they become crispy and unbelievably tasty.
