Strawberry Cake
Ingredients:
● Flour - 1.5 cups
● Butter - 100 g
● Sugar - 1 cup
● Sour cream - 2.5 cup
● Soda - 1 tsp
● Egg - 3-4 pcs.
● Strawberries - 800-900 g
● Powdered sugar - 1 cup
Preparation:
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Separate the yolks from the proteins. Whisk the yolks with sugar. Then add sour cream and melted butter. Stir with a mixer. Add flour mixed with soda. Stir again. 5. Sprinkle strawberries with 2-3 tablespoons of granulated sugar and leave for about half an hour to give the berries juice. 6. Remove the base. 7. Carefully cut into two cakes. 8. Soak each cake with strawberry juice.
3. Beat the whites and, gently mixing, enter into the dough.
4. Lubricate the demountable form with oil. Put the dough and bake in a preheated to 180-190ᵒC oven for about 40 minutes.
9. On the bottom cake lay the strawberries. Cut large berries into halves.
10. Beat sour cream with icing sugar. Pour the strawberries with the resulting cream.
11. Cover with a second cake. Put the remaining sour cream and powder on top. Garnish with berries.
Let it soak for an hour or two (preferably in the refrigerator).
