Chocolate

fondant Ingredients:

● Dark chocolate - 100 Gram
● Butter - 100 Gram
● Eggs - 2 Pieces
● Powdered sugar - 4 Tbsp. tablespoons
● Flour - 2 Tbsp. tablespoons
● Cocoa - - To taste

Preparation:

1. In a water bath (over a saucepan with boiling water) melt chocolate and butter until a homogeneous mass is formed.
2. Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, beat egg whites thoroughly (to steep peaks). We add the icing sugar and yolks there, beat well again.
3. The resulting egg mass is added to the melted chocolate. Mix with a spatula. Add flour to the resulting mixture. Mix. Yes, an important note - you need to add flour and egg mass to melted chocolate already cooled to room temperature. If you add to the hot - you get nonsense.
4. Add some cocoa powder for the color and mix again. You need to mix with a spatula, not a mixer - the mass should be quite thick, viscous.
5. The resulting mass is filled with baking molds (ceramic, silicone - what you have). It is not necessary to fill to the very top - the mass will rise during baking, so leave a little in the molds. We put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 7-8 minutes. After the agreed time, we take out the fondant from the oven, cool and serve. Serve preferably warm.

Enjoy your meal!
