Donuts "Delicate"

Ingredients: 
- Eggs - 2 pcs 
. - Milk - 500 ml. 
-oil or margarine - 125 gr. 
sugar - 3 tbsp. (try) 
- salt - 1.5 tsp 
- Dry yeast -11 g. (1 pack) 
- warm water - 0.5 cups. 
- flour - so much so that the dough would not stick to your hands (the main thing is not to clog it) 

Preparation: 
1. Milk + water (mix, heat a little so that it is warm) (I did not heat, but just added the water well warm, almost hot ) + sugar (try it to be good sweet) + yeast. Mix all this and give 15 minutes. come to life with yeast. Add sweat eggs. 
2. Add Oil (melt a little) + salt - knock it all with a whisk! 
3. Add the flour gradually and stir with a spoon. The main thing is not to score the dough !!! 
4. Cover with a towel, leave for 1-1.5 hours. Yeast loves heat, it’s better to put it in a warm place. 
5. Then we take the dough and roll out 1 cm thick. Cut the mug or glass of circles. We fry in a cauldron, Oil should be enough, they should float in it, that would not touch the bottom. We fry on hot oil!) 
6. We arrange them on a napkin or paper, so that the glass has excess oil. Then put it on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
