Cake "Napoleon"

Ingredients:

Dough:
250 g butter
3 cups flour a
pinch of salt
2/3 cup cold water
1 tbsp. l vinegar

cream:
1200 ml milk
5 pcs. egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
400 g sugar
10 ml cognac
150 g flour

Preparation:

Chop the butter and flour finely with a knife, add water and vinegar, knead the dough. Divided into 12 parts. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Roll thin cakes. To not stick to the table - add flour under the bottom of the cake and on top.
On a rolling pin, transfer to a baking sheet. Prick in several places with a fork, bake at 180s. Baked quickly.
Pour milk into a stewpan and bring it to a boil. Mix flour with sugar and vanilla sugar, add 5 yolks and mix, add cognac, mix. Pour into milk and mix.
Put on a slow fire.
Cook until thickened, always stirring constantly. Consistency should resemble thick sour cream. Then cool the cream.
Start lubricating our cakes with cream, leaving one in order to then decorate the cake.
When the cakes are smeared, crumble the last remaining cake and decorate the cake with it!
