Strawberry Cake Ingredients: ● Flour - 1.5 cups ● Butter - 100 g ● Sugar - 1 cup ● Sour cream - 2.5 cup ● Soda - 1 tsp ● Egg - 3-4 pcs. ● Strawberries - 800-900 g ● Powdered sugar - 1 cup Preparation: 1. Prepare the ingredients. 2. Separate the yolks from the proteins.  Whisk the yolks with sugar.  Then add sour cream and melted butter.  Stir with a mixer.  Add flour mixed with soda.  Stir again.  5. Sprinkle strawberries with 2-3 tablespoons of granulated sugar and leave for about half an hour to give the berries juice.  6. Remove the base.  7. Carefully cut into two cakes.  8.
